insideARM – Giving a fresh user experience to a membership-driven content site

Problem
Our client, insideARM.com is a content-rich site with news, events, and education for professionals in the finance and collections industry. They are constantly publishing new articles, white papers, case studies, and webinars. That’s all fantastic, but the downside is that their branding and user experience wasn’t able to keep up with the rapidly evolving content. They wanted a fresh set of eyes to re-work the entire user experience, content management, and membership flow. That’s where our team came in.

We began by creating a full catalog of all the site pages and content to give an accurate scope of work needed. Then, we dove into the membership subscription flow to see what updates were needed to both be more appealing to users, but to also make it more efficient to manage in the WordPress backend. Our team created a fully-refreshed branding guideline, and entirely re-built the site based on the research we did. We organized the content, provided upgraded placement for their advertisers’ ads, and developed a robust membership system to turn even more site visitors into paying customers. Long story short, more content, organized thoughtfully.

Now, insideARM has the same rich content, but just presented in a more streamlined way that is better for users, advertisers, and their staff. And they are all set to continue their scaled growth.
